If you get a product from us and are dissatisfied with its quality or inability to meet your requirements, you can send it back to us anytime. If you request a return and it is received within 15 days of delivery, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup. Items scheduled for reverse pickup will be collected within 4 business days after the day the request was made.

If the product has already been picked up, we shall start a full refund or a refund amount agreed upon by both parties based on the total number of returned items in a given order.

Alternatively, if you, the customer, have already shipped the items, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
